    365/495 so about 70-75% depending on my condition.

    Currently around 290/445 or 65% but I havent trained cleans at all in any shape or form for almost a year, and really dont deadlift more than maybe 8 times a year

    The difference is one is a display of absolute strength and one is a display of speed strength.
    You can be strong and not that explosive or not that explosive and quite strong.

    Dividing these numbers and then sampling a bunch of lifters is practically a random number generator between like .2 and .8 .
