Sorry, I only do powercleans in multi-ply gear.
637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.

365/495 so about 70-75% depending on my condition.
Currently around 290/445 or 65% but I havent trained cleans at all in any shape or form for almost a year, and really dont deadlift more than maybe 8 times a year6'0 249 @ 18 years old in AVI
Goals @ 225 or Less
365 Incline BP, 500 Paused Squat, 400lb C&J,300Lb Snatch

The difference is one is a display of absolute strength and one is a display of speed strength.
You can be strong and not that explosive or not that explosive and quite strong.
Dividing these numbers and then sampling a bunch of lifters is practically a random number generator between like .2 and .8 .
