    11 percent body fat (16lb) is that GOOD?

    i am a powerlifter so i dont no much about body fat and stuff. i weight 160 and am 5'10 inches tall is my 11 percent body fat with 16 pounds of fat good? the doctor said its excellent but i thinks its terrible.

    11% (or is it 12) is said to be the "ideal" percentage for the average person. It's a healthy amount (as in it coushins your orgins) and it manages to keep you looking good at the same time. It's pretty low for a powerlifter though, so good work. Peace.

    11% isnt bad. depends how u view it... if u like being lean and cut aim for 8-10%..
