1 minute flax muffins

1 egg
2 tbsp flax mill
Cinnamon (to taste)
Sweetener (to taste)

Mix all up in coffee cup and micromave for 1 minute. Dump out on to plate (it shouldnt stick).

Would probably be good with cocoa too.

Tried these earlier but with peanut butter for taste, they still tasted really plain but they are great for a snack and really simple to make, really handy for me at the minute the roads around here are lethal (Irish Finances)
