you got two bottles or one? If it's one I'd run it 1/1/1 for 30 days but if you got two then yeah that will be awesome You can also do it 2/1/1 or 2/2 to your preference, I'm pretty sure, but THEHUGE will undoubtedly show up and explain it much better

so yeah 2/1/1 or 2/2 30 mins before a meal should be good I think...or 1/1/1/1 whatever you prefer as long as its 30 mins before a meal with lots of water
