    Got to say though I still don't quite understand why I'm steadily losing weight, 3,000-3,500 calories a day and then I refeed pretty much every week for 2 days @ 6-7,000 calories a day.

    Your maintainence must be pretty high to keep that much muscle on you, so I wouldn't doubt you could cut on 3k cals.

    I can hardly eat 5k cals 7k is insanity. My stomache would explode

    Damn that sounds amazing. I'm eating pretty good food, mostly off of peanut butter sandwiches I make for school and lots of fish + potatoes. Gets old after a while.

    Haha, don't talk to me about food getting old! Picked up a skin condition from my dad's side which gets set off from (wait for it):

    -A high protein diet
    -Any red meats
    -All dairy products
    -All processed foods


    I literally live on chicken, veges and rice.

    -Any red meats
    -All dairy products

    I would say 3-4k, but I did 15 mins of cardio before my weight workout and another 30 minutes in the evening.

    I might add some more because I'm trying to get my cardio up without losing weight. It's damn tricky and it's hard on cash for food. Also hard on time at the gym. 2 hours at the gym usually turns out to be 3.

    Dang bro that horrible, I must go through a gollon of milk in 3 days. I've only been lifting for like 1 yr if that. Thinkin about competing myself in a cuple of years seeing as how my body grows muscle extremly rapidly.
