    Glad to see that my weight seems to have maintained at the lower level and that yesterday wasnt just a fluke. Legs are really sore right now as I have been foam rolling the crap outta them, about 25 min yesterday. I found a spot that I was somehow overlooking and its been brutal trying to work it out but it should get better sometime in the new future.

    12/16/10

    Macros - 250/185/40
    Weight - 193.8

    Leg Hyper

    Front Squat - 155 x 10, 10, 10
    Cybex Squat Press - 5pps + 10 x 12, 12, 12
    Leg Extension - 110 x 15, 15, 15 --> 70 x 10
    HS Single Leg Curl - 70 x 10, 10, 10

    Seated Calf Raise - 70 x 12, 12, 12

    Cardio - 45 min LISS

    So I woke up this morning after a refeed and was the same weight as the day before, gotta be a good sign. Weight went pretty well today. Either I wrote down the wrong weights for hams from last week or Im a lot stronger because the two ham exercises were easier than last week. Tomorrow is some back/arm hyper.

    That's gotta be a good feeling. I'd say things are definitely heading in the right direction. You're also a sicko for doing 45 minutes of cardio this early in teh ball game

    The cardio is all a mental game. Lets be honest, LISS isnt hard at all, its boring so I figure I can make due. But then again I dont have any choice at this point.

    Hit a new low this morning and I had a feeling after some of the previous weigh ins. I obviously still have a long way to go to get to my goal of 170ish but there is nothing more motivating then progress. Don't you love when you get in that zone and just feel like all your doing is making progress? Looks like you're killing it too. One more week and it's back ot adding some size to this frame, hopefully more productively this time :P
