1869.59 calories a day is an estimation of what you burn a day if you have zero physical activity and literally aren't moving at all (your basal metabolic rate). Your maintenance calories will be more.
To find your maintenance you can use the harris-benedict equation which involves multiplying your bmr by 1.2, 1.4, 1.55, 1.7, or 1.9 depending on your level of activity. So if you aren't working out your maintenance would be 1869.59x1.2= 2243 cals a day. Eat below that and you will lose weight.
