I'm a little pissed about bench, but at least I hit my Christmas goal on every lift! The shoulder shocker kicked my ass today, I think there may be something wrong with my right shoulder though. On the negative of every rep of lateral raises it popped. It didn't hurt, it was just a nuisance.

I definitely do not want shoulder injuries haha. I'm finally realizing how important my shoulders and neck are for football, I'm gonna make sure they don't lag behind the rest of my body.

I got a PR on power cleans, and the squats were ridiculously easy. I had to do the accessory work that the coach had planned out for today. I'm pissed I couldn't do the Bulgarian split squat drop sets I wanted to do, but at least I got to do glute ham raises on an actual machine for the first time. They were much easier than I expected. Overall, this was a pretty good workout.

I'm thinking about going. I know I'm definitely going to register for the Nike Combine closest to Dallas once the locations and days are announced (they keep pushing back the release date) and I'll probably go to the National Underclassmen Combine at John Paul II in Plano too, just so I can see who I'm up against in the area. I'm definitely considering the Under Armour combine, have you had any athletes attend before? Did they think it was beneficial?
