I rep people if they go out of their way and I get major lulz, if they educate me with something interesting, or if they seem to be the only person in the thread with my point of view.
I neg if they neg me first or if they make some retarded attack on me and seriously beleive it. If i know they are just giving me **** I don't care but if they truly beleive they are all high and mighty I neg. Sometimes I neg people with less rep power than me just to see if it has any effect. If they are on a clean slate with a brand new account and they say something slightly annoying i'd love to have the power to make someone red.

I wish you had infinit reps but it was just 1 per person, per day or something. I hate running out and then something truly rep-worthy comes along. That's why I have to be very selective.
