Great workout! Was really feeling strong today, I think it was both a combination of good tunes and a good pre workout meal. The DB press PR wa a real grinder but felt good regardless. Cardio went well, and I was pouring sweat by the end of the session. Weight hit 186 today which is a new low by .5lbs, and it's only mid week, so that feels great! Vacation starts tomorrow, so I need to hit legs hard and heavy tonight before embarking on 4 days of surfing and family time.
