Hey guys i weighed in at about 166 2 or 3 days ago on an empty stomach but when i weighed in at the end of the day yesterday i weighed in at 172 on a full stomach? Does food effect your weight before/after consumption?
Should i do cardio?

yehh man food + water effects your weight a fair bit. My weight tends to fluctuate heaps throughout the day. Cardio is good for your circulatory system and lungs so go for it mate.
