    Thanks for the encouragement Al. I really hope my back holds out and with the help of everyone and the Con-Cret I plan to get my deads back up where they belong. First DL goal this round will be to get a 5 rep max @ 365#.

    40 min LI treadmill this morning and 2 capsules of Con-Cret.

    Upright EZ rows 35# x 15,15,14,12,12

    Slow controlled Arnolds 23# x 12, 11, 10, 9, 8


    Endurance...10 Once again fantastic. I had originally planned only 3 sets of the shoulder work, but I wasn't slowing down. Workout again over much quicker than normal for me.

    Recovery....9 Legs completely ready to go. Chest/front delts were a little sore last night and I was worried about shoulder pain. I actually wasn't planning to do anything for front delts, but DOMS had dissapperared. So, I did them. I started feeling those Arnolds somewhere around the 2nd set.

    Strength...NA I am doing light deads for now...hope to be at 300# by the end of the month and then we'll be taking off. I respond best to high rep/low wt shoulder work, so strength was really not a factor at all today.

    I think I have settled into 4 servings preworkout on squat/bench days (what I am concentrating on this month) 3 on back and dead/shoulder days. I will also take 1 serving AFTER the workout to help with the DOMS. 2 servings will be taken on my off days.

    Yes, they (there were 3) were about 30 days old and still in the den w/ the hibernating sow. Your gf would hate you real quick after that. LOL

    It was a great day and Shelia loved being there. I have a pic of her with a cub that is one of my all time favorites, but she just told me not to post it.

    We (KY Fish and Wildlife) have several sows radio collared and can find them in the den. We go in check to see how many, what sex, tag, etc. etc. on the cubs. We also take a DNA sample of the sow so we can check on the dispersal of the bear population in KY. We are just now getting plenty of bear here and doing our best to keep them in good shape.

    Oh, we take the cubs and put them and the sow right back where we found them.

    Edit: Just went back and looked at the pics...the sow is just tranquilized.

    dont even get me started...first snow fall yesterday and it was a blizzard snow flakes the size of quarters fell for about 2 hours....it was horrible...so glad it all melted or we would have a lot of snow here!

    Snowing again, but what we got last night has already melted.

    30 min LI treadmill this morning in a record time of 7 min & 19 seconds...well, that's what it seemed like anyway.

    I have bumped up the cals a little by just adding a protein shake upon awaking. I'll see where that takes me.
