Thanks for the encouragement Al. I really hope my back holds out and with the help of everyone and the Con-Cret I plan to get my deads back up where they belong. First DL goal this round will be to get a 5 rep max @ 365#.

Yes, they (there were 3) were about 30 days old and still in the den w/ the hibernating sow. Your gf would hate you real quick after that. LOL
It was a great day and Shelia loved being there. I have a pic of her with a cub that is one of my all time favorites, but she just told me not to post it.My current log

We (KY Fish and Wildlife) have several sows radio collared and can find them in the den. We go in check to see how many, what sex, tag, etc. etc. on the cubs. We also take a DNA sample of the sow so we can check on the dispersal of the bear population in KY. We are just now getting plenty of bear here and doing our best to keep them in good shape.
Oh, we take the cubs and put them and the sow right back where we found them.
Edit: Just went back and looked at the pics...the sow is just tranquilized.My current log

Snowing again, but what we got last night has already melted.
30 min LI treadmill this morning in a record time of 7 min & 19 seconds...well, that's what it seemed like anyway.
I have bumped up the cals a little by just adding a protein shake upon awaking. I'll see where that takes me.
