Im a Scrub just to start off. I lift 5 to 6 days a week. I know alot about lifting just garbage about losing wieght. So can anyone post me a diet. thats straight foward like what to eat not like anything about how many cals to consume or anything like that. Please someone give me a diet.
Edit I wiegh 168 lbs with prob about 16% body fat.

he's right, no secret, no diet. just do some work. count cals, get ur protein in.

You're 15 years old and 16%. Don't worry about losing fat as much as using these years to eat well, lift hard, and gain muscle. Don't go crazy, but work more on gaining muscle then trying to get ridiculously low body fat percentage.
Trust me, when you're in your 20s or go to college, you'll be happy you did.
