Wake up, take a piss, have whey, brush your teeth, have breakfast.
Wait an hour or 2, have casein.
Wait an hour or 2, have lunch.
Wait an hour or 2, have casein.
Wait an hour or 2, go to the gym.
Have whey straight after.
Wait an hour, have dinner.
Wait an hour, have casein.
Wait an hour or 2, have casein.
Go to sleep.
Depending on what you have for dinner or lunch, you can reach 200g in your daily protein intake.
Do this for 6-8 weeks with the right creatine and bcaa intake and you'll be seeing some great results.
Do your research NOT through forums but through articles. 80% of the time, your question will not be answered in a forum, because some egg has better advice for you. Supplementation is not meant to be as complex as some eggs make it out to be.
