    Depending on what you have for dinner or lunch, you can reach 200g in your daily protein intake.

    Do this for 6-8 weeks with the right creatine and bcaa intake and you'll be seeing some great results.

    Do your research NOT through forums but through articles. 80% of the time, your question will not be answered in a forum, because some egg has better advice for you. Supplementation is not meant to be as complex as some eggs make it out to be.
