    Best Low-Cal Ice Cream Pint?

I need to get my ice cream on now that I am off my cut, but I still don't want to invest 1000+ cals a pint into my day. I am looking for your guys' opinions on the best ice cream that has a relatively low amount of calories per pint.

Oh, and I don't care if it's frozen yogurt or whatever

Eat whatever ice cream you want and don't eat the whole pint, problem solved. You don't always have to down the whole thing, I normally have two servings which works out to around 7.5oz, a good amount.

If you're including frozen yogurt, then any peach frozen yogurt in your local grocery store should be good.

I've had a couple different kinds so far, and they've both been really good. The one I have now is only 100 claories per serving!

You could always eat less of the more calorie dense ice creams, too.

On my cut I use bryers fat free vanilla with a warmed up quest bar on top. Works for me and is easy to fit in macros. If I got some room left I usually add in chips ahoy or just some almonds. Having a pregnant wife in the house gives me all kind of options at the end of a day for making awesome ice cream concoctions.

Because the guy wants to eat the pint.

I'd rather eat a pint of okay tasting ice cream and be satiated as opposed to eating 2 scoops and wanting more.

    It's personal preference.

Artic Zero has 150 calories in the whole pint. 0 G of fat and something like 12 g of protein! Although it doesn't taste like real ice cream its not bad.

This. Repped. I know there's some great options out there too, I just wanted opinions. Like that honey caramel posted earlier, I'm definitely going to be looking at that one!

Just picked up some of this recently:

And it's really quite delicious. Macros are great, too - 110 calories 2.5g fat, 19g carb, 3g pro per 1/2 cup serving

The chunks of cookie dough and soft, chewy brownies are awesome. I'll definitely be trying more flavors soon.

Well, i'm not going to lie to you and say it tastes that good. It's more of like a flavored ice, with a unique flavor. For 150 cals/pint it's definitely worth trying, but it doesn't really taste like ice cream.

I remember reading somewhere that they were being sued for lying about the nutrition info.
IIRC it was somewhere around 350 calories for the whole pint.

Definitely not worth 350 calories. It tastes like a frozen protein shake made with water.
