    Sh#t La Cour

    Does anyone know any good BB podcasts? I'm looking for training, nutritional advice etc. I downloaded Skip La Cour's podcasts, and they where ALL just sales pitches disguised as informative podcasts. They sounded like a cross between an amateur Tony Robbins motivational CD, and a mega-church selling you their religion. He would say things like 'get your training to the next level' by 'investing in yourself' ie give me money for my material. If only I could get my 2 hours of life back!
