Do you weigh veggies raw before cooking for calculation purposes like meat?
I find the number of calories I should be getting from raw, dont match the number of calories I would get with the cooked info when I weight them cooked.
For ex. 10 oz of raw broccoli is supposedly 96 calories
And 10 oz cooked is 99 calories
However, if I steam 10oz raw, I get no where near 9.7oz cooked (which should be the equivalent).
