Cardio is not needed to lose weight. It helps (alot) but its not the end all for weight loss. DIET is the key factor. Eating less than your Daily Maintenance is all you really need.

Cardio helps by keeping your daily maintenance greater than your intake,

In my particular case it is very powerful, due to the fact of my mind weakness I can`t have a great diet all the time, so I use cardio to burn some cals in order to get a negative sum of energy

    Cals In-Cals Out<0

Your bmr is not your maint level. Calc your maint level to start and cut that by 500cal/day then monitor you weight for 2 weeks measuring as soon as you wake up and do your business in the bathroom. If you go up then your maint is lower. If you go down then your maint is higher.
