Sore for days after a chest workout

After a chest/triceps workout i am sore for like 5 days or so. It's interfereing with all my other workouts because it's hard to do anything with a sore chest. I take protein after a workout and I take anabolic pump twice a day. Any recommendations?

    Seems like alot of volume.
Try cutting it down to 2-3 exercises.

How long have you been doing this workout? If you've just started doing this workout it will take time for your muscles to get used to the work.

I agree. Honestly you could do BB bench, DB flys, and one more that focuses on the triceps and you'd be good

hmmmm find the difference between DOMS and injure or lesion soreness. I usually train chest on Monday and I'm sore Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Certainly seems to be a lot of volume in that workout.

Mine just consists of 3 exercises for chest and 3 for tris. I mix the workout up every time for muscle confusion but always include bench, incline and flys, just different variations of them. Then I just do any 3 Tris exercise that I didn't do that last time.

Get plenty of sleep and plenty of protein, you'll feel better after a few days. I ache today from a big workout, at least you know it worked. Eating a lot of protein and having an early night tonight.

And if your not sore the following day of your workout, but two days after then that means your overtraining.
