I picked up the x factor to add to my home gym aresenal...it gives me more options for what im missing at the gym...I have a set of to bodylastics but I like the idea of having it connected to the door...the bodylastics are great too..but i think the door anchor kind of limits you..of course i have my free weights and would never go without those but this xfactor system is awesome so far, would recommend..anyone else pick one up?

I thought it looked interesting untill I realized that I don't have a single doorway in my house that I coud use it on! It looked really cool in the commercial, but who has a doorway right in the middle of a wall? Most are down hallways! But hey, if you have the right place for it, have fun!My Treadmill Goes to "11"!

lol yeah thats the only problem..but i do have an open area where i can move a little and have enough space..its a great idea...prolly will get the upgrade to 300lbs..i can feel the chest presses better with this then i can with the bodylastics..the setup is cool as hell..for a person that is a seasoned weight lifter and looking to get a bigger this alone would not do..but to supplement its perfect...for a beginner I think its a great setup to start out on.or if your just trying to maintain and not get big. You gotta 100 bucks and a door...buy it its worth it.Native warrior on the streets and in the sheets.
