Im taking serious mass and amino fuel 2000 (3 tablets before workout and 3 after workout) i work out 5 days a week, im very thin. Need to know how long should it take before i start noticing the difference in my body?

Optimum Nutrition's Serious Mass? That stuff put weight on me in no time, but the shake was tough to drink because it was so thick/rich. Drink that twice a day and eat at least 4-5 meals and you will put on weight in no time. Also, if you are trying to bulk, I would consider working out only 3 days a week and focusing on compound lifts--bench, squat, deadlift, cleans, barbell rows, dips, and pullups--these should all be included in your weekly routine somewhere. Go heavy and do about 5 sets of five. This will help add mass and strength quickly.

I used the recommended dosage on the label--not sure if it was 2 or 4 heaping scoops. But it was very tough to drink and I felt nauseous the first few times I drank it. You may want to drink half the suggested amount to see if your stomach can tolerate it. And make sure to drink it with milk. FWIW I drank it twice a day. Whether you drink one or two shakes per day, make sure you drink it after your workout. I took this many years ago and blew up from 150 to 180 in a few months. Some of those gains were fat, but you can always cut that later. I added a good amount of mass and have never weighed under 150 lbs again. Hope this helps.
If you drink it twice a day, I would suggest once in the morning and after your workout. If you drink it once a day, drink it after you workout.
