So here is my progress getting rid of man boobs.
First picture is taken after 33 days workouting and another is taken 64 days workouting. I am doing HIIT.

Probably. If i will safe enough money, after month or two i am planning to start going to the gym.
I am 21 years old, my height is 178cm and my weight before i started workouting was 69kg after like 32 days it was 67kg. Now i don't know my exact weight, but anyway for me it is to little - i need to gain around 8kg to be at least 75kg.

About routine.
When i started workout i did only straight cardio/HITT six times a week and yea it was hard. Monday, wednesday, friday – 20 min. HIIT and tuesday, thursday, saturday simple cardio. If i was feeling good, had a energy, i also did cardio in sunday.
But now i am doing weight, abs workouts in monday, wednesday, friday (workouting at home with dumbbells and resistance bands) and in tuesday, thursday, saturday HIIT.
About diet.
I don’t call it diet myself, because when i was fat i was eating just two times a day and didn’t understand why i am fat. Now i eat 5-6 times in a day (if you cutting then the same, but small portion) and drink at least 2l of water.
I eat – eggs, omelet, vegetables, rice, buckwheat, pasta with cheese (this is not real healthy, but it’s my paramour meal and i eat it once a week or even once two weeks) oatmeal, cottage cheese, milk and a lot of chicken.
Cut out all the junk food and sugars – no burgers, no lemonade, no coffe with sugar.
For example what i am eating and doing today.
8:30 – 20 min. HIIT
9:00 breakfast – coffe with milk, omelet from three egs and a little vegetable salad.
12:30 - vegetable salad.
14:30 – rice with chicken.
16:30 – 1h 30min. weight workout.
19:00 - vegetables with chicken,
22:30 – 0.1% cottage cheese (200g).
Oh and yea – i never skip my workouts. By this all time i missed only 2-3 workouts, but i did them in sundays anyway. As supplement i am taking fish oil.
