One last note- you do not need to carry on like a ****ing lunatic whilst setting up to complete a lift. As you've seen from my videos, I don't fret like a ****ing bitch about foot placement, the clothes I wear, or take a minute and a ****ing half to set up for a lift- I grab the bar or get the **** under it and lift it. I saw more ridiculous bull**** while people much larger than my prepared to lift much lighter weights than I, and couldn't help but wonder if they felt as embarrassed as I felt disgusted. It's akin to setting up a press conference to display to the world the "artwork" of a 3 year old artistic kid. You're embarrassing yourself when you do that, and it's ****ing pointless- if you're not strong enough to lift the ****ing weight, no amount of ****ing carrying on will allow you to be. If you're confused, I'm not talking about the slapping and and the poppers, which are simply amusing- I'm talking about the 30 seconds to set one's feet, then an ultra-dramatic rise of the arms in the air and equally slow and dramatic lowering to the bar on deadlift... the 2 minute setup underneath the bar to squat an opener... the 90 seconds spent getting a beautiful arch while benching. I opened with weights I could lift cold, and still ****ing crushed everyone. Don't be that ****ing guy- just lift the ****ing weight already so everybody can go the **** home.

ideally one should be in a high state of arousal before lifting very heavy things. people achieve this state through different means. that said, I can agree with the guy that some people carry on like a cracked up retard who's just been denied his second scoop of ice cream before attempting the big one. that said, this guy acts like an even bigger fuhcktwat in the gym than the other guys act on the platform by way of his asinine training methodologies.

"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

Did he really? Are there videos of this? Please link em if you got em. If so, he should put those up instead of quarter squat in cargo shorts. Don't get me wrong, I still think he's a moronic juicehead, but I think he's kinda playing that up for the kiddies. However, I would be interested in seeing these kind of results out of a Bulgarian type routine clean or enhanced. Obviously it's gonna be easier on PEDs to get results out of attacking the weights fearlessly everyday.

Oh rry? Do you have results or video of this? The best lifts I've seen him do in video so far is a 550 quarter quarter squat and a 515 deadlift. So unless I missed a couple vids of bigger lifts or he all of a sudden started squatting to depth with the same weight he was quarter squatting with and is benching mid to high 300s I just don't see it happening. If you have the proof though to prove me wrong I'd like to see it.

I really doubt that he put up a 1500 raw total. He'd have to go 585/315/600 (or around that) to hit 1500 and he's nowhere near that on squats and deads.
