    So I've been to two practices so far (preseason/short practices) and in the live matches I did pretty bad, got pinned by the 160lb guy a lot. Then wrestled a few kids my weight and I only got pinned once I believe... almost got a takedown but I reacted to slowly.

    I have A LOT of work to do.

    I'm wrestling 145 right now, but my coaches might have me move down to 140 since our top 3 140lbers might be out for a while. Les Sigman the 4xNCAA Champion HWT, World Team Member, and Penn State Asst. Coach ran my practice yesterday, was pretty good.
    Idk about you other brahs who have been wrestling before, but I've seen a vast improvement in my wrestling from last year to this year. As in kids who used to pin me can't even score now.

    Next thursday i believe...we are wrestling two schools. One of them i know went to 3 summer camps. we havent been to any lol. That vid was last tuesday and i was one of the only guys that won on varsity. our team lost every match except 140 and mine(145) i was the last one to wrestle that night so me and the captian(140) had to get revenge for the team

    i weigh about 192 after a practice, I really wanna get to 188 or so within the next few weeks

    Have you guys ever injured your self serverly? Just curious i see suplexes and stuff being done looks like you can at times easily injure yourselfs. The hard work is always the easy part the hardest is the dedication I just dont think i would have what it takes to take the sport seriously. I do play other sports besides lifting

    tell me what you think of my match from last year, i was pretty out of condition and made a few mistakes from it like not riding my legs with enough hips and ****ty stand up but it was overall a good match in my opinion.

    in 5 years ive had a torn meniscus, strained lcl and mcl, knee hyperextension, neck hyper extension and ruptured bursa sack
