    Just got done training with a friend for about an hour and a half. Wasnt on a mat tho. was at my house. Got my damn eye poked out but kept putting him on his back lol.He only weighs like 120 or little more.Better than nothing and i am helping him get ready.May upload video of me getting my eye poked out for lolz

    Man my shoulder hurts.pinned my friend like 13546769 times today. dnt think he took me down once in the two hours we trained in my backyard. real practices start monday. Been having a black eye from the eye poke lol.today jammed my pinky and kept wrestling and my shoulder is like wtf lol. whenever wrestling season stops im gonna get it checked out.dnt wanna do it now cuz i fear they might tell me to stop or something

    Two questions:

    Should i incorporate more quad dominate lifts like Sumo Deads/Front Squats into my routine (5/3/1) to get my leg strength up or what?

    How do i maintain my strength with all the conditioning?
