Bench Press Competition Help

I signed up for another bench competition that is Nov. 17. I'm currently doing the Ed Coan 12 week bench cycle Wed and Sat. I looks like my 12 week will end on Nov. 17 so that works out perfectly. I will be going for my 1 rep max for the first time. I'm hoping to get 170 @ 145.

Right now I'm at the last week of 2 sets of 5. So far I've been doing TnG when I bench since reps of 8 pause press is really annoying. Should I switch to pause press for my last week of 2 sets of 5 and until the competition? or should I keep doing TnG until a week before the competition? Thanks for the help
