I'm kinda in a predicament with my dad on the days to work out.
What is a good combination of days to work out?
What days and muscle groups do yu work out?
I wanna lift atleast 4 days a week? Is that bad?
How much time do I need to recover?

i'm on a 5 day split:
monday: arms
tuesday: rest
wednesday: legs/forearms
thursday: chest
friday: back
saturday: rest
sunday: shoulders/traps
this is just an example, i'd suggest starting with a 4 day split and possibly upping to a 5 day split in a couple months! it all depends on your recovery and how your muscles respond
