    I got up to like high 180s in morning and around 190 during the day. Started cut at 16% around 12-13% now. Gonna keep cutting to around 11% then switch to a keto bulk, then do a slow lean bulk back up to 195.

    Sitting at around 178 after carb ups and 175-173 with carb depleted.

    There's different varations of keto you can do, some people do small carb intakes during the week. But I pick a day *sat* go shopping get 3 things what ever i want, box of cookies,ships, soda and i eat that all saturday and it keeps me in check for the following week for my cravings. It's not really a legit carb up, the propper way is to do low fat on carb ups with 1000+ grams of carbs. But this way makes me feel much happer. But keto is 65% fats, 45% protein and 5% carbs. I don't eat carbs during the week at all.

    With a keto bulk you just do a surpluss of calories, you can get lean and still put on muscle.

    Yes, I started it about 4 weeks ago, striker just started it a few days ago, it's very effective at losing bf and saving muscle. My strength has been going up even with no carbs, it works very well but it's very hard to stick to, almost every thing has carbs in it.
