well, here's the deal with me.
28yrs old 5'5
151.5 lbs
33' waist.
My goal is to lower my body fat to 9-11% then clean bulk. I have been doing AP Beginner's program but i'm moving to MADCOW's 5x5 just to change things up.
I'll post progress pix, lifts stats, and diet along the way so feedback would be great.
For my first post, i'll go back in time a bit.
