I'm glad to have all of you on board. You've all had a part in making my last journal a very effective means of both exchanging information as well as keeping me accountable. I have every intention of continuing as before.
Thanks, for the sig reminder, Vox; I got 'er squared-away.
I've requested that the old journal be locked; it will still remain in the server for anyone who's still interested in it's contents.
I'll hit a Full-Body session tomorrow.No brain, no gain.

Ironwill2008 V2.0
Thanks to everyone who's come over from my old journal. The support, encouragement, and great information I get in here is the main reason for my being on BB.com.
Got in a good Full-Body session today, at the new YMCA just down the road from us. I simply did some work for each bodypart, and tried to keep things moving.
Deadlift
135x5
225x5
315x5
365x5
405x5
Star Trac 45 degree Leg Press PWO (plate weight only)
1 plate (per side) x12
2x12
3x12
4x12
5x12
6x12
7x12
Wide Grip Pulldown stack loaded
205x12
Star Trac Machine Incline Press stack loaded
205x15
270x7
Standing Face Pull stack loaded
60x20
Barbell Curl
90x8
Straight Bar Triceps Pressdown stack loaded
90x12
Seated Calf Raise PWO
135x10
Completed this session in about 75 minutes. Deads were easy today. The bar floated up off the floor; 405 felt like butter. Probably should have loaded her up, but I wanted to work everything equally, so I hit 4 plates and moved on.
The Leg Press, along with just about everything else in there, was brand new, and smooth as silk. I could have just stayed there the rest of the session, and then called it a day, but kept things moving.
Not much else to relate, really. Nothing out of the ordinary to report. Although the place was fairly busy, I only had to wait for equipment one time, as a guy was doing Wrist Curls in front of the Squat rack, the only place avalable to Deadlift.
We'll be traveling on Friday, so I won't get back into the gym until Sunday, when I resume my regular split. The Internet connection I'm using here is unreliable; I'll attempt to visit journals as long as my connection holds up today. No brain, no gain.
