nutrition eat pretty healthy except occasionally try to eat alot of protein also
monday 1. benchpress 15min 2. incline bench 10 min 3. machine flys 10min 4. few hours later do about eight minute abb workout and maybe some pull ups
tuesday 1. military press 15min 2. front raises and lateral raises 3. dumbell press 4. an hour after i go for a two mile run and then do some wall sits weighted
wed 1. benchpress 20 min 2. incline bench 10 min
thurs 1. dumbell row 2. lat pulldown 3. seated cable row 3. abb wheel 4. 5.a 2 mile run and chinups few hours later
Am i doing too much chest? should maybe switch wed to leg workouts like squats?
would it be good to do half an hour of bench press after after two hours after previous workout?
