Wow what a busy ass day at work..haven't done my workout yet but have eaten great today. Guess I will try and go around 8pm tonight or just do it tomorrow.

For the men in the transformation how many days are you all doing weights? 4-5 days?

Perhaps a penalty...say that they already count as having 1 missed week so they will have to go the rest of the contest without missing a week, to ensure that they are going to be supportive of the OBF.

Well, officially, the contest started yesterday. It's someone who competed in the last OBF and her computer crashed so she could not sign up. I received a PM today.

hmmm, I have an idea who it may be...

If it is who I think it is I am rather close to this person so I don't want to pass judgement. I still like my idea though.

I'm going with strength training 4 days a week, wind sprints 2-3x per week, and extra cardio whenever I can squeeze it in.

I'm shootin for weights 5 days a week on a 2 on 1 off routine; cardio thrown in at the end of some workouts, cardio and abs on days I'm not lifting weights...my goal is to work out close to every day

I say let 'em in. Things come up in life that we have no control over and it's really early in the contest anyway. Whomever it is is already at a disadvantage being a day late or so; I think that's penalty enough. The more people, the better competition!

Thanks guys. I don't feel bad for missing my weight workout tonight since it is just monday. I will hit gym in the morning to do shoulders/traps then in the evening do my legs before my tennis practice. That should be fun

Thanks everyone. My car insurance is the very basic of basics. I only pay 35 dollars a month to keep me legal, thats it. More details were posted in my journal yesterday.

Started my very first obf contest with a bang today. Had a Dominoes pizza post workout. Not exactly your normal transformational food but it fits into my plan.
