    Yep, I'm one of the fortunate chosen ones. Can't wait for this stuff to arrive at my door. I'm anxious to see what this stuff will do with my training. I'm looking to break a WABDL FL State deadlift record at the end of October. I've been training with some crazy intensity as of late; I'm focused and driven. Will 'AGENT O' help me? We shall see...

    Before I begin using Agent O, I'll clear up any questions about my current supplement regimen and training program.


    My current supplement list:

    --Animal Pak
    --whey
    --omega 3,6,9 complex
    --beta alanine
    --creatine mono
    --Universal Uniliver
    --Universal Real Gains
    --Animal Flex

    Obviously, Agent O will be added starting tomorrow.


    My current split incorporates a Coan-esque deadlift program in with a conjugate scheme:

    Monday: ME upper (board presses, flat bench, military)*
    Tuesday: DE or Rep lower (speed deads, deep box squats, deads with bands, tire flips)*
    Thursday: DE or Rep upper (speed bench, incline reps, Arnold presses)*
    Saturday: HEAVY dead day - with or without Metal DL suit, % varies based on number of weeks out

    *Exercises in parentheses are the main movements and are alternated every week; I select the training I need most. Accessory movements follow main exercises. Rows, heavy shrugs, and power shrugs are key movements.

    Because my main focus is training for deadlift comps and to a lesser degree push/pull meets, I don't squat a lot in my current training program. That will change mid-year next year (I've got it all planned out...).


    A little about me:

    I'm a 32 year old high school Biology teacher/weightlifting coach/football coach/powerlifter looking for every advantage I can get to make myself physically stronger without illegal or 'prescription only' chemical enhancements. My goal is to break 2 of the WABDL FL state deadlift records in April of '11 but I have the opportunity to fulfill one of those goals at the end of this October. I'm currently ranked in the top 5 Nationally in the WABDL rankings for Class 1 men 242.

    The first day...

    My first day on Agent O did not disappoint.

    Today was DE lower day. I decided to work on some deadlift lockouts so I used bands I recently purchased from EliteFTS (http://www.flexcart.com/members/elit...id=138&pid=248). After some dynamic stretches, I did a few warm-up sets of regular deads. Then, I got the box to do some deads from a deficit. After a couple sets I applied the bands. Two of the average bands (both doubled) with only 225 on the bar made lockout tough. I did a few sets (5 or 6 sets, I think) of 5-7 reps each. I did 4 sets of glute-ham raises and light shrugs (315) for accessory work.

    Here's the info you care about: How did Agent O work?

    First, the smell is rather pleasant. Smells like it should taste pretty good. I mixed Agent O about 30-35 minutes before my first warm-up sets in the gym. When mixed with about 5oz water, it dissolved immediately. I shook it in my bottle just a little anyway, but no chunks or weird floating bits could be found. I took the first sip and I must say it's one of the strangest flavors I've ever tasted; it's sour, bitter, and slightly sweet (especially the aftertaste) all at the same time. Honestly, I didn't care for the flavor much. Flavor rarely matters to me; if the product works, it's worth the sacrifice. Once I downed the rest, I mixed my creatine mono and beta alanine and drank that. I noticed the initial kick of Agent O about 15 minutes after consumption. I had energy and a great amount of focus throughout my entire training session and beyond. I did not experience any crash at all! Overall, I REALLY liked this stuff. I look forward to trying it again on Friday...

    One bit of info I failed to mention in my previous posts:

    I've noticed other logs on both here and on the Animal FORVM that some folks will be taking Agent O every day, others taking a full dose on training days and a half dose on off days, and some taking it only pre-training. I plan on taking Agent O prior to training ONLY. I feel this may help curb a possible increased tolerance to the ingredients in Agent O. I would also like to test the effects of not taking it on off days. Will it affect my recovery? Will it leave me with feelings of withdrawl? Follow along and we'll see what the effects really are...

    AGENT O = WOW!!!

    I was in my classroom during lunch when another teacher came by and asked if I could be at a meeting at the end of the day. I told her it would be no problem because these meeting usually take 10 - 20 minutes max. I gathered my gym clothes to take with me so I could leave immediately after the conclusion of the meeting. I downed Agent O at 1:20pm, refilled my water bottle, and left my classroom. When I got there, we had to wait on some parents. No problem. After the parents arrived the step-mother would not shut up. Every little thing that was said she had a story or example or something totally off-topic that annoyed everyone in the meeting. I couldn't look drectly at her because she had more facial hair than I do; I didn't know whether to laugh or vomit. At about 1:40 I began feeling the effects of Agent O. Ten minutes later, I wanted to just walk out - or start lifting furniture in the room. I definitely felt the increased aggression; I had the utmost desire to lift right then. The meeting was finally over at 2:20. I was already 30 minutes late to the gym and the Agent O coursing through my veins had me amped and ready to lift.

    Friday = DE or rep upper.

    I had decided to go up to 225 on flat bench and see how many reps I could do. I hadn't done that in a while so I figured this day was as good as any to give it a shot. I usually hate reps; anything over 5 is like cardio - and cardio sucks. After a thorough warm-up, I finally got to my 225 set. My PR is 25 reps (with good form, none of that crap you'd see on YouTube). I pushed out 25 and on my 26th rep my chest was still strong and I drove through my sticking point, only to have my triceps scream bloody-murder and give-out just a few inches from lock out. Almost 26. PR is still 225x25.
    I did some shoulder work (4 sets of military presses 135x12, front and lateral delt raises) and finished by doing 2 supersets of close grip bench 135x12 and illegal wide grip 135x12. My shoulders, chest, and triceps were done after that.

    I had energy throughout my entire training session. The Agent O stuck with me even after the meeting and a near-cardio day in the weight room. I'm really liking this stuff...

    Saturday's heavy deadlift day was not the most intense training session I've ever had, but I'm still pleased with the lifts. I warmed up with some light stuff then did my usual succession: 135, 225, 315, 405, 495. I wanted to stick with about 88-90% today to work on some form issues so I only went up to 545. I did one set for one rep and I was OK with that. The rep flew off the ground and lockout was strong - an easy lift. Could've probably done 2 or 3 more reps but I had other things I had to take care of. I worked my lockout afterwards and really squeezed hard at the top. My goal was to keep the bar accelerating through the entire lift. At my last meet in July I missed a raw 605 because I believe my middle and upper back lagged in strength. My October 30th meet will NOT be a repeat of that. I'm still kicking myself over that one. I use feeling of failure that to drive me to never let that happen again.

    I must say, Agent O is amazing. I felt run-down and really didn't have much energy during the day. My kids wore me out. Once I took Agent O I felt exponentially better. The one thing I noticed about Saturday's dose is that my mood was completely different from the rest of my day. I felt like I was on top of the world. Aggression was up, mood was great, no crash - this stuff is great!

    Thanks. The weight isn't enough. It'll never be enough.

    I've taken a few PWO drinks and pills in the past. I've done my own mix (200mg caffeine, 12oz 100% grape juice, beta alanine, and creatine mono) which works well for me. I really like Universal Shock Therapy (1 and a half scoops - grape) mixed with one scoop of grape EAA Nitro. I also like Animal Pump, but I seem to get better results from Shock Therapy. I really like Anabolic Innovations Motivate (4 pills) - I notice a great increase in focus on that stuff. I've also recently tried Muscle Marinade. I'm not a big fan of that. I crashed pretty hard on MM for some reason.

    I can't tolerate too many stims. Agent O is working very well for me so it's an ideal mixture for my liking...

    Monday - heavy upper

    I took Agent O as usual - about 30 minutes prior to training. I started by warming up my shoulders and elbows with various movements with little to no weight. I went through my usual bench steps: 135, 225, 275, 315. I jumped to 365 for an easy double; I even paused my reps. 385 went up easy enough, but I only got a single. After bench, I moved on to dips and ended up getting 20 reps on each of my 4 sets. I did some front and lateral raises to burn the delts a bit. I finished off with Tate presses: 2 sets 65x12, 1 set 65x10 (I wanted 12 but my triceps were done).

    Agent O kicked in and kicked me into high gear. I felt a surge of energy and aggression just before I walked through the door of the gym. I absolutely despise doing reps, but lately I've had no problem doing some high-rep sets during my training sessions.

    Wednesday - DE lower

    To focus on my goal of breaking a deadlift record, I feel it's quite appropriate to do everything I can to help condition and strengthen my entire posterior chain. Instead of doing squats, my main excercise today was the Keystone deadlift. My sets were:
    --warm-up (dynamic movements/stretches)
    --2 sets of 135 x 12
    --2 sets of 225 x 12
    --1 set of 275 x 10
    --2 sets of 315 x 8
    I really tried focusing on squeezing my glutes on the way up and at the top. The sets of 315 were a bit taxing on the knees; I felt a lot of stretching especially in the back and sides of my knees - nothing painful by any means, though. After 4 sets of calf raises (which I haven't done in quite some time), I finished with a couple sets of deep explosive squats, 135 x 20.

    Today, I took Agent O with some orange Gatorade that I had in my fridge. Although I'm not thrilled with the taste of Agent O, I think it tastes better on it's own. No more mixing it. I downed it about 20 minutes before training today and I think that's what I'll start doing from now on. My energy and aggression surge came just as I was finishing my warm-ups. You can literally feel this stuff working! I'm impressed so far...

    Friday's training session was brutal. I got my shoulders and triceps warmed-up and started off with Arnold presses. I started light and worked up to the 90s (they're the heaviest DBs we have in the gym - that sucks). I did 3 sets of 90x10. The last two sets about killed me. I went from Arnolds to supersetting a few sets of front and lateral raises. I only used the 20s for those. I then did 3 sets of some high rep cable pressdowns. I finished the session off with a quick set of flat bench, 135x40. My shoulders and triceps were on fire already, but after that... wow.

    I took Agent O 20 minutes before I began lifting. I felt as though I could lift anything. My mood during and after training is great. My aggression while training has never been matched by using any other supplement I've tried prior to lifting. For those of you who have yet to try Agent O - do so as soon as it hits the market. You will not be disappointed.

    Saturday's deadlift day went well. Due to some prior scheduling issues, I had to hit the gym in the morning (around 10:15am). I usually begin lifting sometime between 1:30-2pm. After a brief dynamic warm-up, I pulled my usual progression: 135, 225, 315, 405, 495. I jumped to 565 (92-93%) for a quick single. I then dropped to 405 and did Coan-type speed sets. I did 5 sets of 405 x 3 explosive reps, 90 second rests. After that my entire posterior chain felt like numb Jell-O (if that makes any sense). I finished up with a few sets of light shrugs for reps. Once I got home I used my foam roller (it hurts sooo good...).

    I took Agent O right at 10am and still did not feel any crash or adverse effects. I thought maybe because I was taking it at a different time than I usually do it may not be as effective.... I was wrong. I was ready and lifted hard. I'm sold on this Agent O stuff...

    Only 2 weeks out from my next meet...

    Monday's training was less than ideal. After my warm-up, I began with flat bench and noticed my elbows and shoulders ached - even at just 135. I did a couple sets thinking that might help but it didn't seem to do anything. I jumped to 225 and pushed out 12. Still felt the aches. I decided to do some skullcrushers and my elbows felt OK. I continued doing heavier sets and even supersetted skulls with close-grip presses on my final 3 sets. No aches. I returned to bench only to have my shoulders scream at me again. Time to rest them, I guess. I did a couple sets of face pulls, then finished with another set of skulls, 165x7.

    Agent O kicked in during my warm-up. It's an awesome, warm, energy rush feeling. Although my training sucked (I think my CNS is kind of temporarily fried), Agent O did it's job. I've noticed some guys have posted that they are trying 1.5 to 2 packets of Agent O at a time. I'm a bit sensitive to products with stims so more might not be better for me. I may try it down the road when Agent O is available to everyone and I can try whatever I want to with it. Until that point, I'll stick to one packet; I'm getting good results out of it thus far.

    Usually I'll work through the joint aches because I'm stubborn. I'm erring on the side of caution now, though, because I'm getting so close to my meet (October 30th).

    Between last week and this week I've been tapering my training down in preparation for my meet in a few days. I'm changing my meet prep a bit, though. I plan on keeping my CNS activated this week instead of reducing my training to embarassingly puny weights or taking the week off altogether. I made a critical error in not doing enough the week before my meet in July and missed a lift I should have hit. I won't make the same mistake this time. I moved my dead day from Saturday to Sunday. I was alone in the gym (I have a key and no one was there) so I had nothing to prove to anyone but myself. [A quick rant: I cannot stand the pansy-@$$ typical gym-goer that breaks a sweat only if someone may be watching. These guys - and some ladies - are only interested in people looking at them for some sort of attention. TRAIN FOR A PURPOSE, DAMMIT!!! I digress...] I primarily focused on my form and lock-out. I warmed-up then began with deads: 135, 225, 315, 405. I did 3 sets of 5 of 405 just to feel like I did something. I did a couple sets of light shrugs after that. I finished with 3 light sets of reverse hypers.

    I took Agent O 30 minutes prior to lifting. It did it's thing so I could do mine. I can't wait 'til this stuff comes out. It'll be toward the top of my Christmas list...

    Monday's training was quick and basic. I did some warm-up stuff for my chest, triceps, and shoulders. I then did flat bench: 2 sets of 135x12, 2 sets of 225x12, and 2 sets of 275x12. I did a couple sets of light DB military then called it quits. I still had a lot left in the tank but because my meet is only days away I took it easy. I am only entering the deadlift portion of the meet so training upper won't affect me much.

    Agent O seemed to kick in with full force today. Damn, I was in the zone. I wish it could've been an all-out balls-to-the-wall ME upper day but I need to save it for the meet.

    The last gym day before Saturday's meet...

    I wanted to basically stretch my back, hamstrings - well, basically my entire posterior chain - a bit today just to get some blood flowing around there. I did a quick dynamic warm-up and pulled only 4 sets of deads: 135x8, 3 sets of 225 (I didn't count reps but each set was less than 6 or so). I felt good. Mentally, I'm ready for Saturday. The only issue: my weight. I weighed 245.3 this afternoon on our scale in the gym. I'm planning on stopping by the gym holding the meet tomorrow to check my weight on their scale; gotta get below 242...

    Although I didn't do much, I still took Agent O. I mixed it with aout 4oz water today and the flavor was much better. Still not the best tasting stuff in the world, but not bad. I guess the flavor is just more concentrated. This stuff has a nice lsting effect with no crash. I'm still amazed at the effectiveness of Agent O.
