I always find it harder the do the jerk but i was just wondering if anyone had it the other way. I was also wondering what were some good exercises that could help me improve my jerk.

id have to say the jerk for me. i use all my energy to clean. & then to have to jerk right after. its brutal for me. u just got to keep practicing it to get better at it.
