should make someone very happy
"Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. for the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. and let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." Looks like everything timed up pretty well. My current schedule now is so rough that its ridiculous. 40 hour work + 3 2hr 45min Classes per week can get pretty stressful lol. Starting Oct 4th, my work hours will reduce substantially which will give me enough time to focus on hitting the gym hard while still having enough time to study for my classes. Works out pretty well. With the change of schedule, my routine will slightly change for the better:
Day 1 Back
Day 2 Chest Shoulders
Day 3 Biceps Triceps Abs
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Rest
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Rest
Just some information about myself, I currently work at a Casino-Hotel and Spa in Atlantic City, particularly in the transportation department. At my line of work, I can go from 1-4 hours straight sprinting from 10-60 yards with about 5 minute walking breaks. 2-3 Hours I get a little break from that which includes my 45 minute lunch break. The remaining hours is spent mostly more sprints. So I'm pretty tired most of the time after work. About 1.5 years ago, I happen to get into a small accident during work. While sprinting, I managed to slip and fall hard on the concrete and slamming mostly on my left knee. I havent had it checked up with a doctor lol. Stupid I know but I just havent had the chance to.
So every now and then I would get a weird sharp pain if I'm sitting or laying at a certain angle. And I think what I've noticed over the year, is that around winter time in the cold, I would have a hard time driving my car (manual) for a period of time. If you guys have any idea what could be wrong please let me know. So as you will see, on my leg days, I will go slightly light on those lifts. Just scared to further injure it. As of now though, I have not had any problems.
On the bright side, I get to meet celebrities a lot during summer and drive some fancy cars. Anyway, I'm about to head to class, If I have any more to say I'll be sure to post it.
Oh and if anyone is interested, I have some videos of the cars that I've driven at work. I'll be more than happy to post a few.RN/Healthcare Crew - FGC Crew

Interesting split, I'm with Pete on this one. Is it due to the busy schedule? I hit it 4 days a week too, but I have 2 rest days thrown into the middle of my split
Job sounds pretty sweet dude! Aside from what seems like hrs of sprinting Guessing you get some solid tips ?
Hopefully you get your stuff soon, pretty sure everything has shipped

Yep, I try to keep Day 1 as Monday(but may change due to unsuspected schedule change). So the Last 3 days will usually mean weekend and as most casinos, its busiest on the weekends.
Eventually when my schedule gets more flexible at around Dec-Jan-Feb I'll have my original 2 days then 1 day rest then 2 days.
As far as tips, its comparable to Black Jack dealer toke rate. Summer time ranges from 14(slow day)-20(busy day) + my hourly rate which is 7.50 lol.
Not bad for now, I'm surviving lol. As far as tips goes in a typical casino, poker dealers and prob waiters/bar tenders make the most. At my casino, poker dealers avg at $30 toke rate not including their hourly pay. Bar tenders at night clubs can bank between 250-400a night. I know a bar tender that only works 3 nights of the week and makes plenty.RN/Healthcare Crew - FGC Crew

Thanks man, other than stress from school and work, everything seems to be great
And it arrived today
I'll start using it as early as tomorrow. Figured today is a little too late as the instructions called for 3-4 capsule prior to morning meal and 3-4 prior to evening meal.
Other supplements that I will use along side SuperTest are:
Fish Oil
Multi
Ultima/PSU
BCAA Caps
XF/ON Whey
Meals will consist of Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Turkey and some Meat with moderate carbs mostly coming from Oats, Rice and bread.
During work days, I'll try to keep my food intake as clean as possible.
Anyway, guess ill go ahead and post Before pics lol.

And it starts today! Going to pop my first 3 pills today then wait 15mins before eating my breakfast meal. Like I've stated, this is my first test booster so I'm happy to say that Beast Sports Nutrition is the first to pop my test-cherry.
I'll try to note any physical changes or if I feel something noting. Hopefully to see some strength gains
Will be at the gym again Monday and I'll update with my lifts.RN/Healthcare Crew - FGC Crew

What a long day today. Well I started taking ST I believe Friday and since then, seems like I had a lot of energy at work. I wont count it on ST just yet as I just started but it felt good to feel motivated and full of energy again at work. Usually I deal with a lot of "rude" guests and I'm forced to give a fake welcoming reaction. Saturday, I did feel a little sick maybe a slight cold or something. Got home ended up passing out at 9:30pm!! and didnt wake up for work until 6-7ish am I forget. Long rest but felt good, I think I needed it and definitely feel a lot better now.
As of today, I was suppose to hit the gym up earlier at 2-3ish but my friend ended up at a meeting and was postponed until 7:30. So instead, I took that time to run errands, bank study, eat, nap then eat again before the gym. I woke up with horrible horrible stomach aches. Might have been the food I ate earlier, maybe the chicken cutlets . I went to the bathroom twice between my meal and gym (Usually eat then wait 45mins to an hour before going to the gym). My friend bailed on me which pissed me off because I could have went earlier instead. I dont blame him though since he has to get up at 3am no problem. I took my Ultima and headed to work.
Motivation and Energy before getting to the gym was 6/10. Not like me at all, maybe the stomach ache has something to do with it. I do have a lot on my mind as well so stress might be a factor. Have all kinds of crap to deal with this week such as mandatory work meeting and my lab practical this Wednesday. I get to the gym and thanks to Ultima it boosted my energy to 7-8/10 and felt good. Still feeling sort of unmotivated but that changed after my first set of lifts. Anyway, hate to make you read all these so ill just list my lifts now. Disregard my weak lifts lol
Day 1 Back + some ab work
Lat Pull Down
100x10
1150x10
130x8
140x5
Isolated Seated Rows
(Weights per side, alternating pulls)
70x10
80x10
90x8
Seated Low Rows
80x10
90x10
100x8
Deadlifts (Do to my left knee, I go light and high reps on these in fear of injury)
135x10x3
Mid way through my workout I felt like I had to go to the bathroom again. Very uncomfortable but still had a lot of energy.
Abs
Seated Oblique Machine (10 reps each side)
70x10x3
Side Raises w/ DBs
70lbsx10x3
Weighted Curls (Machine)
90lbsx10x3
On my arms day I do a completely different ab workout. Having stomach problems didnt help either lol. Hopefully for a better day tomorrow!
Oh also like to note that those are my "base line" weights and already I feel as if I can up it. We'll see I guess but this is good already lol for me at least heheh.RN/Healthcare Crew - FGC Crew
