Workout Thoughts
Had a pretty good lift today. Not gonna lie, I was pretty spent by the end, but I had to get some shoulder work in. Really wanting to bring in my rear delt heads this off season. Along with a really wide back. I have big plans for the off season, so no slacking in the off season.
Hitting Legs tomorrow. Should be a good one.

Workout Thoughts
Really deep burns all throughout my quads and hammys. I actually laid down on the couch at the gym because legs were so shaky at the end of the day. Great Workout tomorrow should be fun at work. 9.8/10 rating"I used to fight the pain, but recently this became clear to me: pain is not my enemy; it is my call to greatness."- Henry Rollins

23/24 November 2010
I didnt really do anything special yesterday for Power Upper day. Only thing that I did do different was on the BB Bench. I used resistance bands and not as much weight. Ended up being a lot harder than I thought, but it is a good way to become stronger or so I have been told.
Today was Legs. Mostly all squats and RDL. Squats went amazing. I really like squating barefoot and my squat just keeps going up. So in the spirit of the day I decided to record my heavy squats today and made a little video.
Hope you like it. I ended up getting 315lbs which was a new PR. Got to love days when you set new PRs.
Feeling sore tonight so tomorrow should be fun. Bring on the food. Remember, I'm Bulking haha.."I used to fight the pain, but recently this became clear to me: pain is not my enemy; it is my call to greatness."- Henry Rollins

Workout Thoughts
Wasnt really my idea to train abs today, but I was told we were and there was no backing out. And since I havent done abs since my show (2 months ago) I was feeling a little behind. Guess I need to get my core up. Overall my strength is going up and I have gained a little size (or so I have been told). But there is still a lot of work to be done. Hitting Dynamic Leg Day tomorrow. Going to smoke myself and I'm going to like it."I used to fight the pain, but recently this became clear to me: pain is not my enemy; it is my call to greatness."- Henry Rollins

So after a great week of training last week, I came down with a pretty nasty virus and I have been down for the count all week. Taking the weekend to regain my strength and will be back in the gym next week.
