Lean minced (ground) beef nutritional values

Just trying to mix things up a bit, I'm getting bored of having turkey for dinner every day so I'd like to replace it with something. I've been looking at minced beef and so far the best one I've found says that it has -

    Per 100g

    Cals - 156
    Pro - 21.5g
    Fat - 7.8g

Now this comes frozen in 1kg bags. I was thinking along the lines of splitting a bag into 3 meals so that would give me 333g per meal. When cooked however the 333g would obviously weigh less so would the above figures be for 100g cooked or for what was 100g before it was cooked?

I.e lets say I cooked 333g of it and post cooking it only weighed 200g (no idea how much the weight actualy changes) would I then have 71.6g of protein or only 43g of protein?

Hopefully that makes sense to somebody, it's hurting my brain just to re-read it.

I'm not sure how the nutritional info appears on packaging in the UK, but Stateside is always says "Servings per container: x." So, even if you don't know whether the info refers to raw or cooked weight, you can do a little mathematical wizardry and figure it out.

I usually assume that the nutritional info refers to exactly what exists in the package at the point of sale - so, in this case, it refers to the uncooked product, because that's what they're selling you. When in doubt, look it up online.

In this case specifically, I'm almost sure that those numbers would refer to the uncooked product. To the best of my memory, uncooked ground beef is about 130-160 calories per 100 grams (depending on lean%, of course).
