Hey guys I started bulking about 7 weeks ago, I'm just not to sure as to when I should stop.
I am clean bulking I will occasionally have a burger or something but it's quite rare.
I'm 22 years young, 6"1 and 82kgs (180 pounds)
I'm not really muscly, I am training hard 5 times a week though to reach my goals.

If you are eating approx 500 cals above maintenance - you should gain about 1lb a week. At this rate you can track your progress quite well in the mirror. I've read a few articles which state 6 months of bulking is good, but I think it depends on the person. I would also recommend to go a little over rather than under. Make sure there's something to see when its time to cut!

Depends on your individual goals and how much weight you actually want to put on. If you have no time constraints such as needing to prep for a competition, then use the mirror as your guide and when you no lomnger like the way you appear OR you've reached the goal weight that you have set, then begin to cut.
