hello i found a good gym with great coaches to teach me the lifts and proper form.but the probelm is the closet one is a hour away.... im wondering after i learned the lifts should i just buy the equiment and do it at home or any better idea? if i had a car i would go but it would be my mom driving me there considering im only 15 . also how many sessions is it usally to learn the moves with proper form?

I agree. Try and see how many times a week your mom can take you, then get a workout plan from your coach to do on your own. You'll probably only be going 2-4 time a week to start, so just work around it as much as you can. Good luck!!
