What creates the 'abs' are the tendons inbetween the rectus abdominis muscle. There are usually 3-4 of these, allowing 8-10 abs. So a 10 pack is possible, just not in all people. I'm sure some have even more, the variations in the human body are endless.

I voted no becasue it would be a 9 pack. The top 4 are big the 5th and 6th are a bit smaller the 7th and 8th are even smaller then the last is just one block of ab.

I have a YouTube video of my ten pack. Vids are on BB.com too. doesn't look bad either. read description. they're real. I don't have 50 posts so I can't link the video directly but my video section on here has it. check it out, look through the list for it, description says proof of ten pack abs if you want to ctrl + f to search for it. It's at 1:13 - 1:27. the video is 1080p. no quality complaints, this was not shot from a toaster.

ive seen 8 pack abdominals and even a guy that says he has 10 pack abs, but i think is more genetics and what bodytype you are that decides how many heads you will get, i myself have 8 heads and arnold has 4 so i think if you are very lucky, you might even have super genetics that gives you 10 pack abs

I've seen photos on google of people who have very defined muscles below their pecs and above their pelvis that blend in with the 6 pack abs. Some more smoothly than others. I don't know what they're called, though.

Not possible for everyone to develop 8 abs... Your abdominis is already divided... Its either goona be 6 or 8........ 8 can be ending at naval like ulisses or going below that like sergi constance....... . If your abdominisis divided in 6....... Do ****load of crunches you can't develop 8.....
