I mix it up with the meat like I was saying above and then I mix it up with some low carb sauces like BBQ sauce, asian sauce etc... and then on top of that I eat scrambled eggs and cheese once in awhile too it's just that I don't always have time to cook that meal so I don't eat it everyday. I make dessert too which is nothing more than whey protein, shredded oatmeal, honey, peanut butter and water all mixed up. You mix it up into like a sludge and make brownies out of it. It's like super calorie dense lol.

    I don't get people who bitch about being too busy to eat. Granola bars, trail mix, beef jerky, etc. I can eat 600 calories in 5 minutes while walking between classes.

    a 4 lbs bag of quinoa for 8.99 at sams club
    a 10 lbs bag of chicken for 21.99 at sams club
    1 pound bag of salmon for 3.50 at ALDI's
    1 pound container of 96/4 lean ground beef for 3.99 at meijer's (meijer's is a midwest grocery store)

    and then you just throw all that **** in a deep freezer and use it whenever you're ready. I use to buy the chicken about 300 - 500 lbs at a time because my uncle worked stock at a big restaurant downtown and I would order chicken through him in restaurant bulk quantities for 1.89 a pound but they went out of business. Gotta have a deep freezer lol

    No cardio here. But a 45 min weight lifting session does not burn much as 6 hours swimming, don't you agree? If i would swim for 6 hours per day then I could eat much because I just spent few thousand calories. No excuses, just that most could eat 5k+ calories if they would swim that much.     EDIT: I don't eat 4k calories a day though. I could... but I don't need to. In fact, I have a hard time believing anyone here needs to eat 4k calories a day. That's a lot dude. I think people just overestimate their intake and calorie need.

    I find it very hard to eat 3000 calories, unless its burgers and fries or something.

    My body feels full and happy eating just 1500 calories

    I guess everyone is different.
