    Fat Burners

    Just curious...
How many of you natural competitors out there utilize fatburners/thermogenics during your contest prep? The closest I've come is PreWO powders, when I need them. (usually NO Xplode).
Obviously they aren't necessary, but do you believe they're helpful?

Last 3 weeks of my diet I've been getting between 1600-1800 calories per day, haven't been using any products other than whey and coffee.

Who relies on thermos/fatburners as part of their supplement arsenal, especially during contest prep?

Lipo-6 when I'm dieting for maximum fat loss. It's a good kick in the ass to my metabolism, I can feel it ramp up when I start taking it daily.
