Workout tonight was back/shoulders
BB Rows: 4x6
Rack Chins: 3x12
Cable Rows: 3x8-12
Close Grip Pull Downs: 2x15 drop set to failure on the second set
DB Shrugs: 2x15
Shoulder Press: 4x12-15 with a drop set on the last set
Upright Rows: 2x12
I skipped cardio tonight because I didn't eat much today. Was busy at work and had to skip lunch.. gotta try to make up for it tonight. Was surprisingly 169lbs after my workout.

Chest and Arms tonight...
DB Bench: 6 sets of 3
Incline Bench:3x15 (I hardly ever do this cause it hurts my shoulder, but went light weight and it didn't feel too bad)
Chest Press: 3x12-15
Cable Fly's: 2x15
V-Bar Push Downs: 3x15
Rope Push Downs: 2x15
1 arm cable push downs: 2x15
Z-Bar Curls: 3x12
Hammer Curls: 2x12
15 minutes HIIT on the treadmill..
Pretty standard diet again today..
