    Srs help with breakfast.

Is it good to eat myoplex for breakfast mon-fri? It feels fine and I usually have a small midmorning snack like a couple of eggs or cottage cheese.

The rest of the days meals are fine but I have to be at work by 8am and get up at seven so I don't have time to make a proper breakfast. What are some quick great breakfasts or should I just keep eating myoplex?

There probably isn't an issue with eating myoplex for breakfast, but there are many other quick things you can do that may be more appeasing than that.

Why not hard boil a bunch eggs on the weekend and have them as a part of your breakfast? If you do 15 eggs on Saturday or Sunday (which shouldn't take too long), you can have 3 eggs per morning in absolutely no time...

If you need some carbs, you can pre cook some rice on the weekend as well, portion it out, put it in tupperware, and leave it in the fridge for each morning.

I think the key is prepreparing food you want on the weekends and refrigetating them with the correct portion size so you can just take them out in the morning and eat it...That kind of mentality works for me.

I hear what you are saying and like I said I eat either eggs or cottage cheese around 9 as a snack but I get bored eating eggs like that everyday so I guess I take the easy way out with the myoplex. I'm looking for more of a variety for breakfast during the weekdays. On weekends I'm good such as today I had two eggs, bacon, wheat toast, and potatoes with a large glass of milk. Tomorrow I'll have another good breakfast but then on Monday it goes back to myoplex.

Same, I get up at 4:30 to make it to work before 6 am, usually make scrambled eggs or an omelette. Takes less than 5 minutes.
