How bad for you is good ol supermarket rotisserie chicken? I mean, obviously you remove the skin and everything but after that is it still extremely fatty?

No actually without the skin its quite good for you if you are talking about the rotisserie chickens you buy and cook yourself. If you are talking about the ones that you buy and eat at the deli then those are still pretty good for you but they contain higher amounts of grease and trans-fatty acids because they need to be cooked faster.
