On this very day last year, I signed up for a gym membership.
I weighed in at 354lbs.
I remember every detail of that day like it was yesterday.
The following two pictures were taken about a month and a half later, on November 3rd 2009. I weighed about 340ish in these. I don't have any shirtless pics of me at my biggest.
This picture was taken about a week or so ago, at about 226lbs.

Jesus, man, good job. You will probably get transformation of the week/month or whatever. Hell, it could be in the running for transformation of the year. Since no one has asked: post diet and routine please. Also did you calorie count or just eat clean?

Yup! That is one of my biggest motivators. I am completely addicted to this lifestyle, and this is only the beginning.
I can't stress how important it is to envision your success. Not just with weight loss, or bodybuilding, but with everything you want to achieve in life. Envision how you want to look, how strong you want to be, etc. then put in the work, dedication, and commitment, and everything will fall into place.
During my journey thus far, I have read countless articles, threads, and posts. I have learned so much information about nutrition, exercises, lifting, etc. I have also learned priceless quotes, that are very cliche, but hold true in life.
This past year I have not only changed physically, but I have also changed for the better as a person. I have done a lot of self improvement, which was almost just as difficult as the weight loss. 2009/2010 will be years that I will never forget. Overall, my life is literally completely different. Every aspect of my life is exponentially better now then it was. Knowing I did it all by myself through hard work and dedication makes it taste that much sweeter."The Mind is the Battleground"

That's great! an amazing transformation. You have done what so many people fail to do - made a commitment to yourself and stuck to it. Congratulations.
can you post the details of your journey - starting weight, current weight, diet, supplement uses etc. It will be of interest to a lot on here I think.
You must have have a very strict and clean diet as well as train hard as hell for this."I'll do today what others won't so I can do tomorrow what others can't" - such a fitting quote for bodybuilding!
