Shes awesome. Thats one of the rare times someone wins due to the snatch. Usually the winners of a comp are the winners of the CJ.

The whole team got suspended from int'l competition for a while back in 2008 for getting busted on d-bol way too often in out of competition testing. Ended up selling a few of their best lifters to other countries.

Yeah, been going there for two or so years, lifting pretty inconsistently but I'm trying to get heavy and dedicated into it.

And yeah, I used to see him lifting there all the time, have only seen him there once this semester.

I'm there at least three times a week, sometimes more. Usually I'm there at night after six.

anyways that was incredible lifting do you know how tall she is? the fact she is nearly 220 and not super obese as women is very impressive. Still don't understand why they wear makeup when lifting figure that get in there eye when sweat a lot.

im usually there early in the day so i can get my school work done afterwards. i might start coming later at night since thats when most of the club practice hours are. I lift at the same gym (when not in school) down in south jersey as David Luk and Joey Catalano if u know them
