srs thread is srs guys.
Women supposedly are just as smart, strong, and useful as us.. WHY aren't they put on the front lines? The military purposely makes their PT requirements MUCH easier than the Male PT requirements (Which are lackluster currently), Women are able to move up the ranks much easier, and have special privileges.. I know in Afghanistan and Iraq Women have been forced onto the line, because in those areas there really is no front line, but I'm talking about designated divisions. All Women combat regiments. People say that mixing Women & Men together isn't the best way to go about it, but why not just make them separate?
Forget all this age old "Men are supposed to be the defenders and protectors bullsh!t", this is 2010 not the middle fuking ages.. We have technology that makes the job easier, so why do we continue to keep outdated restrictions on ourselves?
Also, theres Women in the military who purposely get pregnant to get out of a situation, the military should have force abortions on Women who get pregnant while active.
Selective Service should also be a requirement for all Women once they turn 18. This is an egalitarian society where Women are offered all the opportunities and privileges Men are offered, Women should have to subject to the responsibilities too.
Also, WHY are Women not prevalent in blue collar work? Women are mostly concentrated in the White Collar office work scene. Why not blue collar work? During World War II Women were doing blue collar work just fine, and yet we still act like they aren't strong enough or whatever, I don't think so. That is NOT a valid excuse. Women have more privilege than Men in the white collar scene, and Men have no privilege in anything. We are seen as expendable in the blue collar industry, and deficient in the white collar industry. We basically are slaves until war, then we are shipped off to die. All apart of being a "Man"...
What the hell is BEING A MAN anyway, that old 1940s be a man bullsh!t is OUTDATED. You'd never hear anyone say to a Woman "BE A WOMAN!", but you still hear BE A MAN plenty, BE A WOMAN would mean to be a traditional 1950s Woman, and BE A MAN would be the same, but now we don't dare to say be a woman, but we always say be a man.
Exactly why do Men have to face the burdens and responsibilities while Women don't? Why are we expected to be traditional Men while Women are not?

Well written and well thought out post (srs) would rep if I could.
To answer your post though, yes, there are ridiculous double standards but that stems mainly from the instincts of our society's males to protect and safeguard the females. This is so powerful an instinct that it manifests itself in a lot of indirect ways that seem preposterous even. Namely, our willingness to sit idly by and even appease the hateful demands of extremist feminists while our own rights are getting squandered and placed squarely on the backburner.
But sadly, this is not likely to change as everyone has been stripped of their balls and have had it ingrained in their minds the idea that women are ''special'' and that we are not. While this may be true biologically, from an egalitarian perspective, this is beyond ridiculous.

Biologically I think life is much more harsh on Men, but Women have beaten their biological role of homemaker or gatherer, so why are Men not allowed? Whenever it's presented, the presenter is ridiculed and dismissed. While Women are special cases who deserve everything. It seems to me Women have been liberated in every place where it benefits them, but are still just harmless little Women in places where theres consequences and responsibilities.. It's outrageous.

True, but with selective service required for all, there would still be a good number of Men AND Women who stay in the country. Reproduction matters really shouldn't stop us from pursuing full equality. Women have already beat their biological predisposition, reproduction matters should fall under that.
