RIP man. I'd say 90% of what I know now about all things regarding bodybuilding have come from that site. He gives amazing advice and doesn't take any BS. He will be sorely missed by the lifting community.
His site is basically bb.com without all the idiots giving advice btw. Only legit stuff on there.
