What kind of oats'n'whey do you eat?
Oats: Plain Old Fashion Quaker Oats (no instant stuff)

Whey: at the moment Gaspari Myofusion but can use whatever whey/flavor you like.

no no no.. I grind up 1/2 to 2/3cup oats in a coffee grinder. Then I add water to my shaker cup (around 20oz or so). Finally I add 2 scoops whey and grinded oats into shaker and shake till mixed.

Lol you can do it basically to ways. One is to cook your oats, let them cool until they are warm and add your whey to them for flavoring.

The other way is to straight up drink the oats in your shake, ground or not.

I really like eating my oats more than drinking them though. It tastes great and keeps ya full for hours! Not to mention the macro nutrient profile...

Man you would love trying oats w/ cottage cheese w/a scoop of protein and 1tbsp of PB. For those days I cannot cook eggs this is the way I go when bulking. When cutting I just skip the PB, but the PB is what really sets it off for me

May have to add some water or milk depending on your macros

unless of course you can find maltodextrin at a lower price, because that's all it is. Sometimes grocery stores or bulk food stores have it.

My tub of carbo gain has been lasting for awhile now though, and it was like..what, $12?

I'm completely shocked people pay $5-9/lb for basic waxy when we all know it's nothing special...

OP. Just FYI, table sugar works as well So does whole wheat flour.

Definitely go with Malto as the carb source. Dextrose is sweet and can impact flavoring because of it. Malto enhances taste/texture. Waxy is nothing special at all, just over-priced as a basic carb and hsa a crappy texture compared to malto/dextrose. Unless you're going all out to get Vitargo/Karblolyn avoid any waxy products.
Yeh it doesnt have a nice texture or nice taste compared to malto but for what it does, imo its the same if not better.

Sub that Gold Standard Whey out for Xtreme Forumulations Whey, tastes 100x better man. Also natural peanut butter is a great and tasty way to add calories into your diet.

As for BCAAs, I would recommend powder. You are going to get much more BCAA's per serving vs pill form.

OP. Just FYI, table sugar works as well So does whole wheat flour.
    These.

    Carbo Gain - best value

No need to pay 3x - 10x for fancy carbs, results wont be different.

To be honest, you probably never needed BCAA's. And their is only 3 or 4g of carbs in Ultra Peptide.... I think you need to re-evaluate what you are looking for...

I think you are getting a little overwhelmed with everyones response!

MGN has 10 lb bags of Malto and dextrose for like 17.99....there you go!

Oats in a shake is good too, but i dont waste my time grinding them up.

cheap supplements has some cheap bulk bcaa's for like 10.98, but they are unflavored. or otherwise drop the dollar and get you a tub of Xtend or ICE, or make your own bulk cocktails.
